What you need to succeed in your weight loss goals.


There are three main things you need to succeed in your weight loss goals. I like to call them the three C`s.


Simply put they are; Courage, Commitment, and Consistency.


Let me explain what I mean. It is easy to say to yourself that you are going to lose a few pounds, I need to get skinny, I will try this product, or maybe this one will work. But unless you find out why you need to have the courage to commit and the consistency needed to apply the actions, to achieve that goal, I’m afraid to say you won’t get there at all. Making the goal is easy. Finding out why you need to is harder.


Let’s start with Courage:


This is the reason why you have chosen to lose the weight. We all have a story about how we got to this point in our lives. Some of us have a good story, most of us don’t. This is the reason why we have the extra kg`s in the first place. I know what you’re thinking. What does this have to do with weight loss?
Well it is simply this- Unless you have the courage to face your fears of the past, the reason why you are not where you want to be today (in this case your body image) then really you need to get angry about the situation. No, not blame the person or the thing that is in your story, but say to yourself ‘No more! This far and no further! I will not be this person anymore!’
This is the first and most important step to achieving to your goals. By trusting us, and using the products as recommended will simplify your journey. Most importantly you need to understand why you will have the courage to look beyond the pain, and ignore all the people that say, “You can’t lose weight doing that” and try to sabotage you by saying “that’s not real food, come on eat this, it will make you feel better” and instead simply focus on the next step.


Which leads me to commitment:


Simply put the pain you felt from your past has caused you to have the courage to take action. Commitment is the final key to your success. Commitment enforces the courage you have shown in step one, whatever that may be to change your life for the better. All we ask from you, is that you use our products as recommended and know that we appreciate your commitment to us and more importantly yourself and your goal. In order to be committed here, 100% is very simple, just follow your mentors instructions. Drink the shakes, take the pills, and you WILL achieve your weight loss goal.


And finally Consistency:


No matter what happens car registration comes up, one of the kids get sick, or one of the people in your peer group tells you, ‘You won’t succeed’. Consistency will be there for you, and all you need to do is go back to why you had the courage in the first place to make this massive change, that all the people around you couldn`t do. And why it was, that you can. So, hold your head high, feel proud, because you should be. You’re the one that has the courage to keep your passion and commitment, not to mention the high standards you have for your body image alive and well.
